About the Company
As a professional chamber bringing together companies from all economic sectors - with the exception of crafts and agriculture - the Chamber of Commerce sees its raison d'être and its role in defending the interests of the Luxembourg companies that make it up. As the companies affiliated to the Chamber of Commerce form a heterogeneous group with often divergent sectoral interests, the Chamber of Commerce - in a spirit of fairness towards its members - sees its primary mission as articulating, representing and defending the interests of all its members. The Chamber of Commerce can also defend sectoral interests, provided these are not detrimental to those of its members as a whole. Today, the Chamber of Commerce has over 90,000 members, accounting for 75% of total salaried employment and 80% of GDP.
