Transfer agent

Tasks:

- Review cash, positions, and market value sheets.

- Ensure all team members have the necessary access to required applications.

- Report any discrepancies to senior staff immediately.

- Ensure all daily and monthly tasks are completed within deadlines.

- Perform peer checks on all daily and monthly activities.

- Gather all necessary information to complete market value reconciliations.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders and collect data from different systems and applications

Profile:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Previous experience in financial operations, fund accounting, custody, reconciliation, or middle office is a strong advantage.

- Fluency in English

- Solid understanding of financial instruments and market operations.

- Comfortable reviewing cash, positions, and market value data.
