The mission
Your mission is to transform our candidate database into a structured, searchable, and actionable talent intelligence system. This work sits at the intersection of recruitment, data, operations, and business development.
You will help us organize thousands of candidate profiles, identify patterns, extract insights, and ultimately help turn our database into a tool that directly supports our recruitment missions and revenue generation. This is a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the job market across multiple industries and functions.
What you will do
Phase 1: Structure and organize the database
You will:
Review candidate profiles and CVs within our ATS
Apply relevant tags to classify candidates by: Job function; Industry; Seniority level; Skills; Location; Salary level (when available); Ensure consistency and accuracy of data; Improve the overall quality and usability of the database
Your work will make it possible for our recruiters to instantly identify relevant candidates for open roles.
Phase 2: Build talent intelligence
You will help identify and structure talent pools such as:
Hospitality professionals
Industrial workers
Sales professionals
Engineers
Data and tech profiles
Administrative and operational roles
Executive roles
and more
You will help answer questions like:
Do we already have 50 relevant candidates before starting a search?
Which industries do we have strong coverage in?
Where are the gaps?
This intelligence directly supports our client acquisition and recruitment strategy.
Phase 3: Candidate engagement (progressive responsibility)
Once comfortable with the database and candidate profiles, you will:
Contact candidates to gather and update key information
Confirm availability, motivations, and salary expectations
Ensure candidate information is accurate and up-to-date
Help maintain strong relationships with candidates
This will help you develop real recruitment and communication skills.
