Senior Transfer Agent

Tasks:

1. Management of the Operations Control function within the Transfer Agency
2. Supervision of fund distribution activities
3. Daily monitoring, monthly control, and compliance with CSSF delegation requirements
4. Ensuring regulatory compliance, internal standards, and best practices
5. Identification and mitigation of operational risks; implementation of controls
6. Verification of the accuracy and quality of TA operations
7. Development of performance indicators (KPIs) and regular reporting to management
8. Collaboration with clients, fund managers, auditors, and regulators
9. Coordination with IT to optimize tools and improve processes
10. Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and opportunities for improvement

Profile:

1. University degree in finance, management, or a similar field
2. 3-5 years of experience in Transfer Agency, ideally in oversight/control
3. Fluency in French and a good level of English
4. Good knowledge of TA processes and expertise in NSCC distribution (including Pershing)
5. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, GDPR)
6. Very good command of Excel
7. Knowledge of SWIFT messages
