Senior Financial Planning and Analysis SME

Your day to day :

As a Senior FP&A / Team Leader, you will play a key role within the Finance function:

1. Lead and oversee FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis)
2. Support the Finance function on both strategic and operational matters
3. Manage, coordinate and develop a FP&A team
4. Deliver high value-added financial analyses to senior management
5. Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
7. Operate in an international, fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy

Your profile :

1. Proven senior-level experience in FP&A, ideally in a complex or international environment
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
3. Strong financial expertise with a high level of autonomy
4. Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
5. Strong analytical, structured and problem-solving mindset
6. Excellent communication skills across different levels of stakeholders
7. Knowledge of Oracle HCM is considered a plus
