Senior Delivery Manager
The POSITION | About YOU:
We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of our bank compliance, KYC, and payments products and projects. You will work closely with clients as part of the delivery team to manage client communication related to product customisation, implementation, and delivery processes. The ideal client should have experience in a customer-facing role and a strong interest in digital KYC and bank payment processes for regulated entities. An engineering, IT, or similar background is advantageous.
You will understand and analyse client needs, diving deep into their workflows and processes to define the most suitable implementation strategies. Your responsibilities include compiling relevant reports based on our project management framework, drafting technical and user specifications, creating product documentation, and setting up and leading meetings. You will serve as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining strong relationships.

- Understanding client needs: Analyse and understand what our clients need, delving deep into their workflows and processes. With that knowledge, define and shape how we implement our products to best fit their requirements.
- Client interaction and relationship management: Act as the bridge between our clients and our teams. By leading meetings, providing insights, and ensuring we stay on track, help maintain strong and positive relationships with our clients.
- Leading product delivery: Be at the forefront of our product delivery efforts, working closely with teams across the company—from business development to customer success. Your role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Reporting and documentation: Create reports and documentation that keep both our clients and internal teams informed. This includes drafting technical and user specifications as well as product documentation.
- Internal project and delivery management: Collaborate closely with our product and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery, providing ongoing support in managing and coordinating deliveries.
What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT project delivery management in a customer facing position.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, a good technical understanding is a must.
- Industry Knowledge and Technical Expertise: you are familiar with KYC/AML processes, regulations, and related digital challenges, particularly within financial, banking, or telecom sectors. Understanding of IT outsourcing in the Luxembourg financial sector and knowledge of modern digital product design and SaaS architecture are a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: You’re a great communicator who can turn complex client needs into practical solutions. You’re comfortable leading discussions and can clearly explain your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management Experience: You have a solid background in project management, especially when it comes to delivering complex technical solutions. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and always thinking a few steps ahead. Knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Zendesk is considered an asset.
- Team Player: You work well with others and know how to manage multiple stakeholders. You’re not just focused on the end goal, but also on how to get there together.
- Results-Driven: You’re someone who gets things done. You know how to prioritise, keep projects on track, and manage client expectations effectively
- Being a European Union citizen or having a valid work permit for Luxembourg.
