Your contribution to our success

• Work on a variety of high-impact real estate projects with exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
• Interact regularly with esteemed clients, investment funds, developers, banks, advisors, and Deloitte service lines.
• Develop a strong financial and strategic understanding of real estate assets and markets by gathering and analyzing valuation data.
• Lead the development and analysis of financial models, focusing on income forecasts, scenario analysis, and feasibility of real estate developments.
• Support real estate transactions by creating marketing documents (teasers, IMs, pitch decks) and engaging in marketing and business development activities.

Your skills

Must have :

• Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or equivalent
• Holding 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a real estate brokerage, asset management firm, advisory/audit firm, management company, bank, or investment fund
• Proficiency in real estate valuation techniques in the context of transactions and financial reporting
• Deep understanding of the Luxembourg real estate markets
• Fluency in English and French required; competency in Luxembourgish or German is a strong asset.

• Ability to balance teamwork with independent initiatives and projects
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, even under pressure. Demonstrating resilience and composure in demanding situations
• Professional qualifications such as RICS or CFA are a plus
