Your responsibilities will include:

As a senior consultant in an organisation, your role will require you to:

  • Conduct 360° organisational diagnostics (structures, processes, governance, culture, skills, and tools).

  • Identify dysfunctions and propose levers for improvement tailored to each client’s context.

  • Formalise and optimise operational and decision-making processes, taking into account human and strategic issues.

  • Define concrete, prioritised recommendations (quick wins and structural actions) and support their implementation.

  • Lead collaborative workshops with stakeholders and conduct qualitative interviews to enrich the assessment.

  • Present your conclusions to decision-makers in an educational and impactful manner in order to build support for the proposed changes.

  • Contribute to a variety of assignments ranging from organisational diagnosis to governance strengthening, including optimisation of organisational practicesimprovement of internal collaboration, and implementation of Target Operating Models, in diverse contexts covering both the public and private sectors.

About you

  • Master’s degree (preferably in economics, management, or social sciences) with 5 to 8 years’ experience in organisational consulting, change management, or organisational development.

  • Proven experience in conducting organisational diagnostics and leading transformation projects.

  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, combined with a keen understanding of human and organisational issues.

  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques and facilitating collaborative workshops.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to work independently and in a structured manner.

  • Strong customer focus and a taste for collaboration.

  • Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, with a proactive approach.

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.

  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci)project management (PMP, PRINCE2), or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
