Senior Communications Officer

Permanent contract (F/M)

We are looking for a proactive, efficient and highly committed person who is passionate about content creation, corporate communications and digital marketing to join our Communications & Marketing department. If you master different writing styles and formats, are organised and digitally savvy, and appreciate the opportunity to be both analytical and creative when building brand awareness for LuxSE, this might be the right job for you!

Responsibilities

• Create compelling written content for different channels and audiences about a wide range of topics in the field of capital markets and sustainable finance, including newsletters and press releases

• Craft winning communication strategies about specific products and services, targeted to different geographical regions

• Build and implement detailed communications & marketing plans that reflect LuxSE’s overall business and commercial strategy

• Define a content strategy and editorial plan for LuxSE’s blog, and write and publish blog posts on a regular basis

• Plan and drive digital marketing campaigns

• Manage communication projects from A to Z, coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Write compelling speeches and insightful talking points about timely capital market topics

• Act as a communication adviser for LuxSE’s business lines

• Build and implement a strategy for internal communications, write internal newsletters and act as the communication adviser for all internal communication topics

• Coordinate joint communication campaigns with clients and external parties

• Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements and skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or similar

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience

• Proven experience from crafting and implementing communication strategies and marketing plans

• Excellent command of English, fluency in French being considered an important asset

• Excellent writing skills and an engaging writing style

• Mastering different writing techniques and formats, including articles, speeches, talking points, blog posts, press releases, email announcements, newsletters, video scripts and social media posts

• Experience from the financial industry or capital markets

• In-depth knowledge of social media, digital marketing techniques and different tools

• Proficiency in the MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Proactive, committed and a strong team player

• Advanced ability to multitask and with a solutions-oriented mindset

• Organised and stress-resistant

Considered a plus:

• Fluency in any additional language would be considered an asset
