Your contribution to our success

1. Automation opportunity analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and structure automation opportunities, including defining delivery roadmaps and success criteria.
2. Process analysis and documentation: Produce clear and detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process models and documentation, aligned with BPMN standards and automation best practices.
3. Solution design and build: Design and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform, including RPA workflows and agentic components, following development and governance standards.
4. Lifecycle management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of automated processes, from initial intake and design through build, deployment, operation, optimization, and retirement.
5. Testing and quality assurance: Plan and execute unit tests, non-regression tests and UAT to ensure solution reliability and maintainability.
6. Production support and continuous improvement: Provide hypercare and operational support for production robots, analyze incidents or performance gaps, and implement continuous improvements.
7. Automation optimization: Review existing automations to identify enhancement opportunities, including performance, resilience, and maintainability improvements.

Your skills

Must-have skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on or academic experience with automation technologies, including RPA development and agentic automation concepts.
• Proven hands-on expertise with the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, Agent Builder, Autopilot, Robots, and AI Units.
• Solid understanding of automation lifecycle management and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to design custom automation solutions while applying development best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing, particularly UiPath Document Understanding.
• Exposure to testing strategies for automation platforms in enterprise environments.
• UiPath certification or other relevant automation certifications.
