Tasks :
Welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
Help organize meetings and prepare meeting rooms (cleanliness, equipment, bookings).
Provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Arrange simple travel or booking requests when needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure common areas are tidy and well maintained.
Profile :
Fluent in French and English; other languages are an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or front‑office role.
Comfortable answering calls and interacting with clients and colleagues.
Professional, friendly, and approachable attitude.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks at once.
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Flexible and willing to help with additional tasks when needed.
