R&D Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Define and implement strategies to improve product robustness in an electrochemical environment

• Prioritize and manage transversal projects addressing reliability challenges

• Lead  a technician, with the possibility to expand the team based on team outcomes and organizational needs

• Provide clear visibility on progress outcomes

• Collaborate with various departments and more specifically with continuous improvement team to resolve robustness-related issues

Your profile:

• You hold a Master's degree in Chemistry or an equivalent degree (Engineering, Materials

•    Science, Master's in Physics)

• You are fluent in French and English

• You have people management skills

• You are able to communicate well with people at all levels

• You enjoy working in a team

• You are willing to acquire specific technical knowledge
