Communication Manager (m/f/d)

Become part of our future, helping our clients in Luxembourg to imagine and realise their ambitious construction and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and report to the Head of Communication.

Your main tasks:

• Manage corporate publications including annual reports, board presentations, and brochures, ensuring high-quality content.

• Lead the creation of internal communication materials to enhance corporate culture, including newsletters and intranet updates.

• Write, edit and produce communication materials for internal and external audiences, including speeches, website content, flyers, marketing materials, and social media content.

• Ensure brand consistency across all outputs, reflecting company values and maintaining unified messaging.

• Utilize KPIs to track media coverage and communication impact, providing insights for improvement.

• Contribute to the adoption of new technologies (AI, data) to drive cultural change.

What do we expect?

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field with relevant professional experience.

• Confident in using modern communication tools and digital platforms combined with a genuine interest in emerging technologies and artificial intelligence.

• Fluency in English and either German and/or French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong team spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

• Engaged, proactive, and autonomous, with ambition and adaptability while consistently contributing with fresh ideas.
