How you’ll contribute to our success
- Provide proactive support to 2–3 partners by anticipating needs, managing complex diaries, arranging travel and meetings, and handling related administration.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the team, including organising meetings and conferences, distributing mail, arranging travel, preparing business correspondence, and processing holiday/absence requests.
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external clients, managing confidential queries, building relationships, and supporting client-facing activities.
- Coordinate projects by keeping team members updated with meeting minutes, action points, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct research and produce documents using internal databases, the internet, and publications; organise informal team events and manage the associated budget.
Must have
- University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field
- Customer-focused with excellent social skills and a consistently professional approach
- Proactive, results-oriented, with strong organisational and time management skills, able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Very good level of English and French
Nice to have
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally SAP
- Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish (considered a strong asset)
- Explicit “can-do” attitude (beyond general results orientation)
- Strong team spirit while being able to work independently
