NEOFACTO - Medior / Senior Software Engineer

As part of the growth and continuous improvement of our software solutions, we are looking for a Medior / Senior Java / Angular Developer with a strong focus on backend development. You will join a dynamic Agile team where collaboration, code quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.

Missions

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust applications primarily using Java

  • Contribute to the implementation of new features on the backend and occasionally on the frontend (Angular)

  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve existing products

  • Ensure high code quality through best practices (testing, code reviews, refactoring)

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  • Support and guide junior developers when needed

 

Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development

  • Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)

  • Good understanding of relational databases and SQL

  • Experience with Angular or willingness to develop frontend skills

  • Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (GIT, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, etc.)

  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles

  • Interest in Open Source technologies

  • Agile mindset: team spirit, curiosity, continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Recruitment process:

  • Technical tests

  • Receipt of our salary proposal / exclusivity agreement

  • 2nd interview with our Business Manager

  • Proposal of your application to the client

  • Interview at the client's premises, which can be conducted either by video or in person
