Marketing & Communication Internship at the Luxembourg Convention Bureau

The Luxembourg Convention Bureau G.I.E. (LCB) promotes Luxembourg as an international destination for

business events, supporting organisers in hosting events that drive economic growth and international visibility.


Internship Description

LCB offers a full-time internship in its Marketing & Communication and Partner & Community Management team.

The intern will assist in content creation, digital communication, partner coordination, and event support, gaining

hands-on experience in the Business Events sector. The supervision will be done by Marketing & Communication

Manager.


Key Tasks & Learning Objectives:


Marketing & Communication

  1. Contribute to content creation for the LCB website and communication tools
  2. Assist in the preparation of presentations and promotional materials
  3. Support the organisation and coordination of marketing-related events
  4. Assist in basic performance monitoring and reporting


Community & Digital Communication

  1. Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and Instagram
  2. Monitor engagement and compile analytics reports
  3. Support the preparation and distribution of newsletters


Partner & Community Management

  1. Assist in maintaining and updating the LCB partner database
  2. Support the preparation of partner presentations and documentation
  3. Assist in organising partner events such as workshops, after works, and networking events


Events & Operational Support

  1. Provide logistical support for events related to the business events industry
  2. Assist with internal coordination and follow-up documentation


Profile

  1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field)
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  3. Strong interest in marketing, communication, and community management
  4. Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Familiarity with content creation and digital tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut) is an asset
  6. Well organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a team environment


What We Offer

  1. Paid full-time internship (5-6 months), teleworking possibilities, holiday entitlement
