Our regulatory reporting platform automates the production of compliance documents for major financial services clients. The system processes tens of thousands of documents per cycle, serving global institutions across the fund industry and beyond. How you'll contribute to our success

1. Own the platform’s technical direction — from architecture and design through to production stability, performance, and next-generation migration delivery.
2. Guide and mentor a cross-site engineering team: conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and drive engineering excellence day-to-day.
3. Shape the DevOps culture — CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, infrastructure-as-code, containerisation, alerting, and deployment automation.
4. Build high-performance, data-intensive backend services using C#/.NET and SQL/NoSQL to power complex regulatory document processing at scale.
5. Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to plan releases, manage technical risk, and bridge the gap between engineering and business.

Your skills

1. Diploma: Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
2. Experience: 7+ years of professional software development, with demonstrated experience in a technical lead or senior architect capacity.
3. Soft skills: Excellent communication in English (written and spoken), ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, proven leadership of distributed teams, collaborative attitude, and a genuine drive to share knowledge.
4. IT skills: Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, Azure (AKS, Service Bus, Application Insights), SQL Server (performance tuning, schema design, query optimisation), Entity Framework, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code. Nice to have: Cosmos DB, document generation engines (Windward, Aspose), Domain-Driven Design. Experience integrating AI tools into development team workflows (considered an asset).
5. Languages: English (fluent, required).
