You will join Deloitte Luxembourg’s ACG Operate Services organisation, working at the intersection of business strategy, service design, and technology enablement. The team drives transversal transformation across Operate, partnering closely with business leaders, Digital Factory teams, and Central IT to shape scalable, client‑centric operating models.

Your skills

Diploma

• • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

• • Proven experience in Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation
  • Strong exposure to Funds, Asset Management, or regulated Financial Services environments
  • Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder and transversal transformation initiatives

Soft skills

• • Strategic, value‑driven, and client‑centric mindset
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, align, and drive change across organisational boundaries

IT skills

• • Solid understanding of how technology enables business capabilities and operating models
  • Comfortable collaborating with solution and enterprise architects (without being a technical architect)

Languages

• • Fluent in English
  • French is a strong asset in the Luxembourg Funds ecosystem
