🔍 What you’ll do
As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
Provide support for the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly
Handle incidents and service requests, resolving them or escalating when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and keep procedures up to date
Troubleshoot and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and phone systems
Manage IT assets and maintain inventory databases
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and user accounts
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support on a daily basis
Monitor systems, follow alerts, and ensure backup and antivirus processes are effective
Support IT operations outside standard hours when required, as part of on-call rotation
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and user experience
✅ Professionals qualities
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user devices, and workplace technologies (computers, printers, phones, meeting room equipment, etc.)
Good understanding of incident, request, and asset management processes (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
Experience with user and account management, as well as common business applications.
Solid knowledge of client and server operating systems, networks, and backup/restore processes.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, messaging solutions, and security best practices (including GDPR and data privacy).
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer- and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Fluency in French and English.

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Exposure to IT asset management tools or service management platforms.
Knowledge of phone systems, printing infrastructure, or security devices.
Additional language skills are a plus.
