Investment Funds | Senior Associate

Our Investment Funds team is currently looking for a Senior Associate specialised in Investment Funds.

Your responsibilities

1. You will advise a broad range of clients on the structuring of investment funds, both regulated and unregulated, as well as on related investment structuring matters.
2. You will work on a wide variety of fund types, from Real Estate to ESG, including notably Private Equity, Infrastructure, Debt, and listed funds.
3. You will manage matters end-to-end, including client meetings and conference calls, following up on requests, and drafting all required legal and regulatory documentation.
4. You will report to the Partners in charge of the department and supervise Associates, providing guidance and support on their work.
5. You will train junior associates, assign tasks and review their work, and organise teamwork efficiently to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. You will collaborate closely with other practice groups and CMS offices, becoming a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

Your profile

1. You hold a university degree in law.
2. You have between 4 and 6 years’ experience in a Luxembourg law firm, in the field of investment funds.
3. Knowledge in UCITS will be considered an advantage.
4. You are fluent in spoken and written English and French; German will be considered a strong asset.
5. You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, combined with excellent organisational skills.
6. You are confident, professional and enjoy working in a multicultural and international environment.
7. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. You have a strong attention to detail and proactively suggest improvements.
