Our client is a medium-sized local law firm located in the heart of Luxembourg.

As part of the development of their team, the firm is seeking a lawyer specialized in Investment Funds

Responsibilities:

1. Draft and revise documentation for funds, investors, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
2. Advise clients on corporate governance and regulatory challenges, emphasizing international transaction compliance.
3. Act as the main liaison for clients, gaining insights into their strategic and commercial goals to provide tailored legal solutions.

Your profile:

1. Master's degree in Law.
2. Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Investment Management acquired in a law firm in Luxembourg.
3. Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written. German is a real plus.
4. Appreciation for human-sized environments with a horizontal structure that fosters collaboration and personal initiative.
