Digital Business Analyst (AI & Product Ownership)
About Us
We are a leading transportation company in Luxembourg, dedicated to keeping people moving safely, reliably, and sustainably. Every day, our buses and shuttles connect thousands of passengers, and behind the scenes, we’re reinventing how we operate. Through our digital transformation, we’re building the foundation for smarter, greener, and more human mobility. We use technology with purpose, to make our services stronger, faster, and more connected to the people who rely on them.
About Our Digital Transformation
Our transformation is about more than systems; it’s about reimagining how data, people, and decisions flow together. Inside our Digital Factory, we design tools and insights that turn information into action. By combining Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric, we’re building a digital backbone that links operations, HR, planning, and finance in real time. The Transformation Delivery Office is where vision becomes reality, where ideas are defined, prioritised, and delivered in ways that create tangible impact. From process automation to early AI pilots, every project brings us closer to a data-driven organisation ready for the next decade of mobility.
About Your Role
This role blends the structure of a Business Analyst with the agility of a Product Owner. Your main focus will be business analysis, understanding how things work today, uncovering what could work better tomorrow, and translating that into clear, actionable requirements. Alongside this, you’ll sometimes contribute as a Product Owner, helping refine user stories, take part in sprint planning, and follow delivery progress in Azure DevOps. You’ll help ensure that every initiative is well-defined, achievable, and aligned with our transformation goals.
About Your Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to understand their goals and challenges, then translate these into structured requirements that our developers and data experts can build from. You’ll document and test assumptions, keep communication clear between business and technical teams, and help ensure each solution adds measurable value. Your analytical thinking and communication skills will bring structure to complex discussions. You’ll contribute to digital and AI projects that improve how decisions are made, how time is used, and how teams connect across the group.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone curious, empathetic, and thoughtful. You combine analytical rigour with emotional intelligence, you listen deeply and ask questions that reveal what really matters. You’re comfortable challenging ideas respectfully and guiding discussions toward the best solution. You can balance quality with speed, helping teams find smart compromises without losing sight of the big picture. You don’t need to be a developer, but you’re excited by technology’s potential, from automation and data integration to AI tools, and enjoy exploring new possibilities. You’re pragmatic, creative, and believe that innovation should make work simpler, not more complicated.
Success in This Role
Within your first year, you’ll have helped strengthen how projects are scoped and delivered across the Transformation Delivery Office. You’ll have supported several key AI and digital initiatives, improved how requirements are documented, and helped bridge communication between technical and operational teams. You’ll learn directly from experienced product owners and data specialists, gaining the confidence and knowledge to drive digital change.
Why Join Us
You’ll join a team that mixes purpose with curiosity. Here, data experts, product owners, and digital makers work side by side to build solutions that matter, tools that make people’s work easier, decisions faster, and services more reliable. You’ll have the space to learn, the support to grow, and the satisfaction of seeing your ideas come to life. If you want to be part of a transformation that’s as human as it is digital, we’d love to meet you.
