DevOps Engineer (M/F) – Luxembourg

Your role

The DevOps Engineer must design, automate, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure in line with our hosting partner. The DevOps engineer will manage infrastructure-as-code, automation, and modern DevOps practices aimed at enabling fast, reliable, and secure software delivery and release.

This position focuses on platform enablement, toolchain automation, and cloud-native engineering, some other tasks include production incident investigations, and IT service management.


Your responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  2. Build automated workflows for testing, system integration testing, security scanning, and artifact management.
  3. Integrate developer tooling (e.g. git platforms, builds systems like Jenkins, package registries like nexus).
  4. Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code.
  5. Implement automated provisioning of environments.
  6. Create and maintain containerized application environments using Docker and OpenShift orchestration approaches.
  7. Design templates, images, and developer-friendly container workflows.
  8. Implement and maintain automated security checks (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning).
  9. Ensure secure-by-design principles in the software delivery chain.
  10. Implement automated performance tests and load-simulation tools inside the CI/CD pipeline.
  11. Support development teams by providing and contributing with self-service tooling where possible.
  12. Work closely with software developers to promote best DevOps practices.
  13. Contribute to internal guidelines on automation and delivery patterns.


Your Profile

  1. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Nexus)
  2. Experience with containerization and cloud-native technologies
  3. Good understanding of cloud platforms
  4. Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and security automation
  5. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters and Redhat OpenShift orchestration platforms
  6. Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
  7. Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.
  8. Pro-active customer service attitude and diplomatic skills
  9. Strong collaboration and documentation skills
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
