Data Solutions Analyst
You will join our Data Solutions team, at the crossroads of investment funds, regulation and data innovation.
We support the investment fund industry by helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. Acting as a Data Hub, we collect, structure and enrich documents and data that are then used by our internal teams to produce a wide range of regulatory reports, including:
- Annual Statements
- Fund Tax Reporting
- AIFMD reporting
- KIID & PRIIPs
- Risk reporting
- ESG reporting, which is rapidly expanding
Regulatory reporting has progressively shifted from static documents to continuous data flows. These data streams have become a strategic asset, powering automation, advanced analytics and innovative services – especially with the rise of GenAI and intelligent data processing.
Within this context, you will join a dynamic and growing team where data stewardship, process excellence and digital innovation go hand in hand, and where you will be supported as you build your skills and experience.

- Inclusive, Flexible Culture : Embrace a culture where your voice matters, with flexible hours to balance work and life seamlessly.
- Build Your Network : Gain access to an exclusive alumni network and attend industry events to connect and grow your professional circle.
In this role, you will be progressively involved in our data operations, stewardship and transformation, with guidance from more experienced colleagues.
You will :
- Take an active role in our digital projects, contributing to initiatives involving automation, RPA and GenAI‑based solutions
- Participate in the definition and continuous refinement of our Target Operating Model (TOM) for data and reporting
- Develop, over time, a solid understanding of our end‑to‑end process flows, help identify pain points and suggest concrete, data‑driven improvements
- Support daily activities for collecting, ingesting and maintaining documents and data using RPA and dedicated tools
- Act as a point of contact for data:
- Internally, with regulatory reporting and operational teams
- Externally, with international clients and data providers, under the guidance of senior team members
- Review and challenge the outputs of our matching, scrubbing and enrichment processes to maintain data quality and consistency
- Investigate data anomalies, communicate findings to stakeholders and coordinate corrective actions
- Contribute to data governance, including:
- Documenting data sources and flows
- Defining controls and data quality checks
- Monitoring data quality indicators and supporting continuous improvement
- Leveraging GenAI / LLMs for document understanding and data extraction
- Designing or enhancing monitoring dashboards with Power BI and other visualization tools
Through these responsibilities, you will progressively take on more autonomy and play a key role in securing the reliability of our data and enhancing the value we deliver to clients.
