About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business aviation crew operations within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment. As part of the Crew Operations department, you will support the team in activities related to crew management and gain exposure to the different functions of Crew Operations, including Crew Rostering, Crew Planning, and Crew Support.

Responsibilities

• Support the Crew Operations team in monitoring and adjusting crew rosters
• Assist in tracking crew availability and operational constraints
• Provide support in managing last-minute operational changes such as sickness, training adjustments, or operational needs
• Assist in monitoring compliance with crew duty and rest regulations in accordance with aviation requirements
• Contribute to data analysis related to crew utilization and roster optimization
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and performance indicators for Crew Operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Crew Operations department

Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Aviation, Air Transport, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in aviation operations, ideally in business aviation
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a dynamic operational environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

  • Bachelor's degree: €1,000
  • 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
  • Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
