Client Relationship Administrator / Tax team
Your day to day
- Manage all administrative matters related to client assignments, from initiation to completion of engagements.
- Assist managers in preparing and reviewing proposals, drafting engagement letters, and initiating client acceptance processes.
- Support budget tracking and provide reports on engagement progress.
- Organize internal and external meetings, follow engagement timelines, and maintain permanent client files.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence, client communications, and administrative requests.
- Prepare payment instructions and ensure accurate documentation and archiving processes.
- Act as a key contact for the team, collecting and providing relevant information to clients and ensuring high-quality administrative deliverables.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative support, secretarial studies, or related field; first relevant experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, service-minded, with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with curiosity to learn in a tax or financial services environment.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Autonomous, with initiative and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
