Claims Adjuster - Property Damage & General Liability

Tasks :

• Examine and manage assigned claims files

• Perform on-site inspections to assess damage, verify reported circumstances, and determine the exact cause of the loss

• Evaluate the incurred damage and critically review repair estimates

• Draft detailed and accurate inspection reports

• Foster cooperative and professional relationships with all relevant parties

Profile :

• Engineering degree in construction, architecture, or an equivalent qualification

• At least five years of proven experience in a comparable role

• Full professional proficiency in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish and/or Portuguese are an advantage

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously

• Confident negotiator, adaptable, and solution-oriented

• Highly organized and meticulous, demonstrating initiative and proactivity

• Empathetic team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
