Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

About the role

Our Client Service department is looking for a Charter Sales Intern to join the department. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in business aviation while supporting our team.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the coordination and follow-up of charter flights
• Support customer follow-up and Key Account activities
• Help develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist with aircraft scheduling and sourcing
• Prepare itineraries and assist in managing trip details (catering, ground transportation, etc.)
• Answer phones, provide advice, and support solutions under supervision
• Build an understanding of networking within and outside the organization

Profile
• Interest in Sales and Customer Service (previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another European language is an asset
• Strong computer skills and organizational ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Interest in aviation and willingness to learn about business jet travel

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

• Bachelor's degree: €1,000
• 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
• Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500

Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
