Deloitte « Advisory & Consulting Growth Team » coordinates and actively implements all initiatives that will help our Industry Leaders to fulfil their strategic and business objectives. 

With the fast development of our activities, we are looking for a consultant whose main responsibility will be to actively support the business by managing and coordinating activities for various services and products.

We’re looking for a highly organized, rigorous, independent & pro-active person to join our current dynamic team! 

Your next challenge

• Translating business projects into concrete marketing objectives
• Coordination and ownership of projects and initiatives from A to Z, an advisor approach and a proactive mind-set with internal stakeholders
• Providing direct support to the service line leader in preparing marketing campaign plan and follow-up
• Assisting, creating and following-up on go-to-market tasks
• Organization of events (small – medium size events): project management role
• Preparing financial reports and challenging results – Carrying out a regular and structured reporting, as well as Market and Competitors Watch
• Direct support to the Industry Leader in budgeting preparation and follow up
• Supporting business by targeting clients and monitoring the progress of the various sectors’ ambition plans and strategies 
• Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team

Your skills

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or Business administration
• Highly organized, rigorous, curious, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Salesforce tools would be ideal but not mandatory.
• Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach, problem solving mindset
• Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online
• Able to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Fluent in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• A first experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
