Business Analyst

Position Context:

As part of transformation and advisory projects, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the delivery of business and digital initiatives for clients operating in complex and regulated environments. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the analysis, structuring, and implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and formalise business requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.

• Support project delivery across different phases, from analysis to implementation and validation.

• Contribute to impact assessments, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.

• Participate in Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, contributing to ceremonies and iterative refinement.

• Ensure traceability of requirements and support testing and acceptance phases.

Desired Profile:

• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in gathering and structuring business requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in structured, consulting-oriented or transformation environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an asset.

• Professional proficiency in English; French is a strong plus.
